What's New for the 2023 Audi Q5?

For the 2023 model year, Audi added adaptive cruise control to the Q5's list of standard equipment. Meanwhile, the mid-level Premium Plus trim has been upgraded with a high-performance Bang and Olufsen stereo system.

2023 Q5 Trims & Features

Audi offers the new Q5 in Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige trim levels. Even the entry-level Premium trim delivers a luxurious driving experience. Audi's MMI infotainment system is one of the highest-rated interfaces on the market. It features a 10.1-inch color touchscreen with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto smartphone connectivity. Some of the creature comforts include heated front seats, leather upholstery, and tri-zone automatic control.

Featuring a panoramic glass sunroof and a 755-watt Bang & Olufsen sound system with 19 speakers, the Premium Plus trim is even more upscale. Another big highlight is Audi's fully digital Virtual Cockpit gauge cluster, which can display Google Earth driving maps. On the list of options is an eye-catching Black Optic appearance package.

Atop the lineup sits the Q5 Prestige. Not only does this trim's Matrix-design LED headlights look especially stylish, but they also further enhance visibility at night. Audi Park Assist and a head-up display are found on the Q5 Prestige as well.

2023 Audi Q5 Horsepower

A 2.0-liter, TFSI turbocharged four-cylinder rests under the hood of the new Q5. Audi rates the standard version to crank out a competitive 201 horsepower. However, a more powerful variant of this same engine is offered as option. It elevates performance by producing a more muscular 261 horsepower. Both engines are mated to a quick-shifting, seven-speed S tronic transmission. To ensure superior traction in all conditions, Audi equips every Q5 with its legendary Quattro AWD system.
