The 2018 Audi S4 is raising the bar for midsize luxury sedans. The five-passenger car is able to achieve a class-leading 0-60 miles per hour in just 4.4 seconds, thanks to its new under-the-hood mechanics. It gets a new 3.0-liter TFSI V6 that has increased power by 21 horsepower, to 354 hp, and by 44 pound-feet of torque, up to 369 lb.-ft. of torque.
Additionally, the new turbocharger now features a twin-scroll housing design, making it better able to manage exhaust gas flow. The car’s transmission has also been revamped with an eight-speed tiptronic automatic. This helps the new motor consistently run near its optimal engine speed.
Outside, the car is strikingly handsome and well-equipped with standards like LED daytime running lights, 18-inch wheels and dynamic turn signals. The inside is just as impressive with its posh leather upholstery, eight-way power front seats, driver memory settings and three-zone automatic climate control.
