Activate your tastebuds at the Wine & Food Celebration on Saturday, Oct. 22. Located at 600 West Sunshine Street, this annual event is one you won’t want to miss. From 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., you’ll get to sample delicious food from over 20 of the finest local restaurants. When you are done indulging on the delicious eats, clean your palette by sampling wines, craft beers and specialty cocktails from around the globe.
Now in its 29th year, this delicious day is not only a great way to have some fun with family and friends, but it will once again support a great cause. All proceeds will go toward benefitting Ozarks Public Television.
OPT provides programming for around 50,000 kids each week in southwest Missouri with educational and fun classic tv shows like “Sesame Street,” “Nature Cat,” “Curious George” and many more. And OPT spends more than $600,000 a year to keep them going.
