More than a decade ago, Audi unveiled a phenomenal race car prototype at Le Mans, and years later when the world was sure that it was just a flawed experiment, Audi unleashed the R8 - a potent, spectacular, marvelous to drive, sports car. The 2018 model comes in only one year after the guys at Ingolstadt, Germany, completely revamped the model for the second generation. However, it still highlights some essential upgrades and additional packages. New and standard for 2018 are Android Auto and Apple CarPlay capabilities. Laser LED headlights are now available as an option. A Black Optics package option includes gloss black exhaust tips, 20-inch alloy wheels, Titanium Black exterior trim, and Mythos Black side blades. The R8 V10 is suited standard with Anthracite interior trim while the R8 V10 benefits from Carbon Sigma high gloss inlays. Additionally, a new Audi Sports badge adorns all 2018 R8s' front sides.
